Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 6baji ("Platform", "We", "Us"). By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the 6baji platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

• Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. Notify 6baji support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Policy

Intellectual Property

All content on the 6baji platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and audio-visual materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of 6baji or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any 6baji content without prior written authorisation.

Provider game content displayed on 6baji — including titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming — is owned by their respective developers and is licensed for use on this platform. All rights are reserved by the respective IP holders.

Limitation of Liability

6baji's aggregate liability to any user, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
